The other day I tried this company’s chicken rice noodle variety and today we’ve got something much different. I’m ready to just launch right into this so let’s go.

Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Contains fish and shrimp. To prepare, boil noodle for 4 minutes in 400ml water. Add in dry sachet contents and stir. Add in curry paste sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, fish ball, mung bean sprouts, crushed red pepper, tofu puff, fried onion, and fresh mint from our garden. The noodle is really such an apt gauge here – usually an extra thin rice vermicelli from other varieties, this one is much thicker, but not overly so. It allows the broth which is thick and luxuriant to work so well with it. The broth is savory, oily, gravy-like – everything wonderful about white curry. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars.
