Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, kamaboko,chashu, spring onion, sesame seed, and shichimi. Udon is thick and somewhat chewy. The broth is bonito flavor and little slimy bits of tiny kamaboko and tempura which was quite slimy. I dunno – not really my thing. 2.0 out of 5.0 stars. JAN bar code 4901734049579.
