Had something thr other day by this brand for the first time and here’s another one. Found it at 99 Ranch Market. Let’s give it a try.

Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add in sachet contents and fill to line with boiling water. civer for 4~6 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Either soy sauce or black vinegar.
Looks to be scallions.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, chashu, sesame seed, shichimi, tofu puff, and spring onion. Noodle is very thin and quite nice. The broth is full of Sichuan pepper – too much for me. Aside from that though, it’s quite nice. 1,75 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 6971105770577.
