Nissin no Donbe Okinawa fu Soba – Japan
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Contains pork, chicken, and mackerel. To prepare, add in dry sachet contents and fill to line with boiling water. Cover for 5 minutes. Add in remaining sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added flower fu, kamaboko, shichimi, mung beasn sprouts, sesame seed, and spring onion. Noodle was meh, broth was salty meh. Just not a fan of thin broths like this, and I don’t know that I’ve evr given Okinawa soba high marks. 2.75 out of 5.0 stars. JAN bar code 4902105279083.
