This looks interesting – haven’t seen this range before, so assuming it’s new! This is from Nissin’s German arm and is a collab between them and different ramen restaurants in Japan – pretty cool. Let’s give it a try!

Loose bits and seasoning from the cup – much narutomaki going on!
Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, chashu, mung bnean sprouts, sesame seed, shichimi, and spring onion. Noodle has a great chew which surprised me. Broth has a salty and buttery miso hit which isn’t overboard red miso and I really like that. Very savory. This one has just tons of narutomaki as well. 4.5 out of 5.0 stars.
