I’ve been reviewing instant noodles since 2002, doing episodes of Instant Noodle Recipe Time, The Chocolate Break with my wife, Professional Mukbang, Unboxing Time With The Ramen Rater and more. Norita Tonkotsu Ramen Miso Pork Flavor – United States
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add sachet contents and 300ml boiling water and cover for #~4 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added spring onion, mung bean sprouts, sesame seed, shichimi, egg, narutomaki, and chashu. Noodle came out better than expected. The broth was a decently spicy and creamy one. It doesn’t scream tonkotsu at me, however miso tonkotsu is not a horrible name for it. I truly didn’t expect this to be any good but I was very wrong. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars. UPC bar code 023907300301.
