I reviewed the bowl version of this quite a while back and they were pretty good, so when I saw the cups, I decided to give them a shot. Here’s the first one I’ll be doing. This is made in South Korea and packaged for the US market.
Pink Rocket Carbonara Rapokki – United States
A distributor / import sticker (click to enlarge).
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add everything in and fill to line with water. Cover loosely with lid and microwave at 700W for 3 1/2 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

The noodle block.
The tteokbokki – that’s not seasoning, merely dessicant.
A sachet of powder base.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added chashu, green onion, and crushed red pepper. This thing totally exploded in the microwave. Might have added a little more water than indicated. This is due to the fact that once you add everything to the cup, the fill line is buried. Tteokbokki was undercooked, noodle was fine. Flavor was salty creamy thing. Ehh… 3.0 out of 5.0 stars.
