Itsuki Kurume Tonkotsu Ramen – United States
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodle in 500ml water for 2.5 minutes. Add in powder base and stir. Finally, add in oil sachet, stir, and enjoy!
Straight ramen noodles.
A sachet of dry soup base.
A sachet of seasoning oil.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, chashu, mung bean sprout, sesame seed, spring onion, and narutomaki. Noodle is great – thin and straight. Broth has a wonderful creaminess and rich tonkotsu flavor. Love this one – 5.0 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 4901726015292.
