Well, dang. I really would have loved to been able to review this sooner but tough to get samples from companies in the United States for some reason. Ah well. I found this at S*Mart – yup – shop smart, shop S Mart. Not sure if they just did a repackaging of the old version or not, but I’m guessing it’s a bit more than that. Let’s give it a try!

Nongshim Premium Udon Style Noodles With Shrimp Tempura – United States
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Contains shrimp and fish. To prepare, add in liquid base and 330ml room temperature water. Microwave for 5 minutes at 1000W. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added kamaboko, sesame seed, and spring onion. Noodle was superb – nice gauge and chewiness – thought a little narrow gauge for udon, however worked well. The broth has a little sweetness and the cavalcade of included shrimp and other bits like fishcake were just wonderful. 4.5 out of 5.0 stars. UPC bar code 031146063451.
