Found this at a local Indian grocery yesterday and very pleased that I did. I’ve seen these around online but never in a store and they had single packs which makes things much easier! Let’s crack it open and give it a try!

Current Instant Noodles Spicy Chicken – India
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Mentions chicken in the noodle. To prepare, add noodle and seasoning to a bowl and 1 1/2 cups boiling water. Cover for 3 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, crushed red pepper, coriander, and sesame seed. Noodle had a very different texture, and I think boiling instead of steeping would have done better. Compelling, nonetheless. The flavor was salty with a spiciness that was almost an afterthought. It was interesting and looking forward to trying more from this brand. 3.5 out of 5.0 stars.
