I generally poo-poo these types of cups, but you never know. It’s been a while! Let’s give it a go.

I’ve been reviewing instant noodles since 2002, doing episodes of Instant Noodle Recipe Time, The Chocolate Break with my wife, Professional Mukbang, Unboxing Time With The Ramen Rater and more. Nissin no Edosoba – Japan

Finished (click to enlarge). Added flower fu, narutomaki, sesame seed, and spring onion. Buckwheat soba – not my fave but quality is there. The broth has a strong bonbito hit and an underlying sweetness. Inclusion are plentiful – tempura, flower kamaboko… I just really don’t like tempura soba – that being said. if you do – this is a good one. 3.0 out of 5.0 stars. JAN bar code 4902105258309.
