Here’s the last of the varieties sent by NoodleMix – and it’s been a really interesting range I’ve enjoyed. This one was a little difficult to figure out how to cook (well, since Idon’t read Chinese text) but they were quick to assist. Let’s give it a go!
NoodleMix Konjac Instant Cup – Taiwan
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, Add in konjac and liquid base. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added tomato, carrot, cucumber, sesame seed, crushed red pepper, scallion, and mung bean sprout. Just the best ever gauge of konjac – not too chewy and nicely thin.
