To prepare, Add noodle block to 350ml boiled water and steep 3 minutes. Drain – and save the water. Add silver sachet to saved water and paste sachet to noodle. Finally, stir noodle – sip soup and enjoy your noodle!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added crushed red pepper, scallion, and sesame seed to the broth. Atop the noodle is sesame seed, marinated egg, and scallion. This is very tasty stuff. The soup and noodle combo is very good – a truly apt combination of flavors. The soup is like a savory sesame kind of flavor. The noodle has a nice kind of soy bean and spicy flavor which works extremely well. Initially, I couldn’t figure out the right way to prepare this many years ago.
