Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, canned chicken, sesame seed, crushed red pepper, scallion, and mung bean sprout. Noodle was nice and worked so well here. The broth was the expected salty chicken; what wasn’t expected was how well the garnish went – the included chicken and vegetable was perfectly hydrated in the three minutes alotted, and they were of excellent quality.
