Time to try another one of these. There’s four varieties. The last one I tried was rather disappointing, so I have high hopes for this one. Will it be good? Let’s find out.
Omsom Saucy Noodles Soy Garlic – United States
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodle for 4 minutes. Drain. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added fried egg, tinned chicken, scallion, crushed red pepper, and sesame seed. I really had high hopes on this but was sadly disappointed. The noodle wasn’ty too bad – broad noodle with a light tooth that resembled the style of Taiwanese dry noodle, just not the toothsome nature. The flavor was like the last one. Just a mad smattering of tanginesss which didn’t resemble garlic nor soy sauce. Honestly, it tasted like Italian dressing which was so disappointing. I’ve got two more from this brand and hopefully if not third, maybe fourth time will be the charm? Flummoxed how this got approved for production. 0.0 out of 5.0 stars. UPC bar code 850013525584.
