Finished (click to enlarge). Added narutomaki, spring onion, mung bean sprouts, sesame seed, egg, and chashu. Noodle was alright, a little ‘cardboardy’ of a core. The broth was a kind of thickish fish affair which I didn’t completely enjoy. The included chashu was like something you’d find in a Lunchable.
