Meet Mee Chili Pan Mee (Dry) (Fish Cake) – Malaysia
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Contains fish. To prepare, boil noodle 5~6 minutes. Drain. Add in everything. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, mung bean sprouts, scallion, crushed red pepper, and sesame seed. Noodles are broad and flat with great chewiness. Sauce is very much sweet and spicy. Augmented by the big pile of spicy powder and crunchy fish cake, everything is a texture symphony. Really great if you like Malaysian seafood and spicy flavors. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars.
