So here’s one I reviewed way way way back – here’s the last time I tried it, review #923 – from November 20212. That’s a while back! Curious what I’ll think of this this time around. Let’s find out!

Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Contains fish. To prepare, boil noodle in 400ml water for 3 minutes. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

A dual sachet of soy sauce and fish sauce.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added chicken, egg, mung bean sprouts, crushed red pepper, sesame seed, and green onion. Noodle came out pretty well, unremarkable. Flavor of the broth is twofold – kind of a spicy and fish sauce affair which was pretty good, but definitely one that won’t appeal to the entire crowd. Decent. 3.5 out of 5.0 stars.
