Kiki Noodles Mixed With Crispy Garlic & Seafood Sauce – Taiwan

Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Unsure whether it contains meat – most like has fish and crustacean but can’t be sure. To prepare, boil noodle 5~6 minutes. Drain. Add in sachet contents – except the dry vegetable sachet and stir. Add dry vegetable soup sachet to 250ml boiling water and stir. Finally, enjoy !

Finished (click to enlarge). Added fish ball, chashu, scallion, and sesame seed. Noodle is thick and very chewy – almost overly so. The flavor is most definitely seafood – and savory. Not really spicy, thougfh. The soup was kind of on the bland side which leads me to think I may have used the wrong sachet, but I don’t think so. 3.75 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 4713302684002.
