Finished (click to enlarge). Added fried egg, sesame seed, scallion, fried onion, and crushed red pepper. Noodle was great – nice gauge and light chew. The flavor is as described – like a regular mi goreng but with a nice lime element. The crisp citrus really gives it a nice extra oomph. Quite enjoyable. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars.
