This is the last of the varieties from Meet Mee – they were all pretty good! This one sounds good too. It’s so cold here – walked 3+ miles in it – definitely less than my usual outing but it’s really quite cold and my finger were burning. Anyways, this should be nice and warm – let’s give it a try!
Mee Mee Chili Wantan Mee – Malaysia
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Contains fish. To prepare, boil noodle 2-3 minutes. Drain. Add everything. Finally, stir and enjoy!
The noodle block.
A large sachet of seasoning liquid base.
A sachet of chili.
A sachet of fish cake.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added fried egg, scallion, sesame seed. Noodle is pretty good. The texture is a bit too much for me though – very wet. I did like the crisp fish cake though. The overall flavor was really quite sweet though and kind of lost the chili spicy aspect. All in all interesting, just not to my liking. 1.0 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 9551014320062.
