Finished (click to enlarge). Added fish ball, fish cake, egg, crushed red pepper, scallion, and sesame seed. Noodle is soft and thin and perfect for this application. Broth has a nice milky seafood taste. Included seafood bits are myriad and ubiquitous. Really quite nice. 4.5 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 8888279102036.
