This one’s kind of surprising to me as it looks like I’ve never reviewed it but that really surprises me. I really had thought I had. Got this one at S*Mart – but you can find it at pretty much any Asian grocery. Let’s give it a try.

Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add everything to a bowl and add 450ml boiling water and cover 3 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, mung bean sprout, scallion, sesame seed, and crushed red pepper. Noodle is thin and soft – worked well. Broth is a nice oily beef flavor. This one begs for garnishing, but alone is quite satisfying. 3.75 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 4710008211617.
