I’m pretty sure there’s no panda in this. I’m a big fan of biangbiang – wide sauce noodle. Let’s give it a try.

Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free, but check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodle for 5 minutes. Drain. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added sesame seed and scallion. Noodle was very soft and wide. This was fine, however the flavor of the sauce just didn’t work for me. A bit of an acrid sense to it that would’ve been better served with a bright and slightly sweeter flavor. 3.0 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 6974806070694.
