I reviewed this one a few years back, but it looks like things have changed slightly so I thought it would be interesting to try again. Let give it a whirl.
Nissin Demae Ramen XO Sauce Seafood – Hong Kong
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Contains seafood. To prepare, boil noodle in 500ml water for 3 minutes. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added barbecue poek, fishball, scallion, sesame seed, mung bean sprout, and crushed red pepper. Noodle is standard Demae Ramen fare – plump and nice. The broth is a softer side of XO Sauce – not heavy and strong but light and airy, however the flavor is abutted by a nice amount of oiliness which makes it even better.
