Found this one at S*Mart in Bellevue. Took a little research to figure out what it was, but not much. Looks interesting. I like seafood. Let’s give it a try.

Finished (click to enlarge). Added fish ball, narutomaki, mung bean sprout, sesame seed, scallion, and crushed red pepper. Noodle is very soft. Broth has a taste that I wouldn’t equate with being seafood unless I knew it was seafood flavor. Not bad, but not very seafoody. 3.5 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 6901715291322.
