This one is only the second I’ve tried from this range. It sounds much better than the first I tried which I think was a mushroom variant years ago. Let’s give it a whirl.

Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, steep noodle in boiling water 3 minutes. Drain. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added scallion and sesame seed. Rice noodle came out very good – nice and light. The flavor was a little unfortunate as it wasn’t very strong by any stretch of the imagination. I would have really liked this to have been stronger and more savory.
