I was planning on doing three reviews today, but I got my green screen tee shirt and wanted to do another one and give it a try, so you’ll see the result at the bottom in the Instant Noodle Recipe Time episode. Anyways, this one was a pain to trranslate and unsure if I even got it right. Let’s give it a try – at least the instructions aren’t difficult.
Xiaoai Hot & Sour Sweet Potato Noodle – China

Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks toe be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add everything to the cup and fill with boiling water. Cover 4 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Black vinegar.
A sachet of vegetables.
Peanut.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added scallion and sesame seed. Noodle is slimy and standard of sweet potato noodle. The broth is thick and oily, a light amount spicy and tart from black vinegar. Not entirely enthused; the vegetable matter was sporadic and somewhat interesting, peanuts always a nice crunch. 3.25 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 6971858850201.
