Finished (click to enlarge). Added sesame seed, mung bean sprout, and scallion. Noodle is pretty good – light and thin. The broth didn’t exactly make me scream crab, but it was kinda sorta there. Oiliness was very good. 3.25 out of 5.0 stars. 851683004638.
