Finished (click to enlarge). Added Chinese sausage, scallion, crushed red pepper, and sesame seed. Noodle is very thin and hydrated well. The broth is really a lot to deal with. It’s incredibly oily for starters. It’s got a Sichuan peppercorn element, and a beef flavoring, The sheer amount in here with at strong oiliness would be too much for me to handle I think. It tastes pretty good, however its very overbearing; like a strict teacher standing over you, you’re a child, and threatening punishment if you don’t have fun at recess. 2.0 out of 5.0 stars.
