The second of two Super varieties I found at Evergreen Asian Market up in Everett, Washington. The last one was pretty good as I remember. Let’s give stew beef a try!
JML Super Stew Beef Flavor – China
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add noodle block to 500ml boiling water and cook 3 minutes. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added Chinese sausage, egg, mung bean sprout, sesame seed, and scallion. The noodle’s great – nice and standard fried instant. The broth is interesting. It’s not incredibly strong, yet it’s got flavor. Oiliness is alright. It just seems to need an extra little something. 3.5 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 6921555580530.
