Finished (click to enlarge). Added mung bean sprout, spring onion, barbecue pork, egg, sesame seed, and narutomaki. Noodle is pretty good. Broth has a nice chicken soy sauce taste. A little on the saltier than I like side, but pretty good. 3.25 out of 5.0 stars. JAN bar code
