The noodle block.
A sachet of soup base.
A large paste sachet.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, mung bean sprouts, mint, fish ball, tofu, sesame seed, crushed red pepper, and fried onion. The noodle in this one is good, however softer than previous versions. Broth is that wonderful prawn – sweet and tasty with a little bit of spiciness, however it seems slightly muted compared to previous versions. Sadly, what I miss is the fried onions that accompanied it before. A wonderful variety, nonetheless! 5.0 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 9556145231041.
