Well, well – another spicy challenge! This one was sent to me by Pher Engi from Australia – thank you very much! Is it me or does it seem like Samyang has a thing for Mexican flavors? Habanero Lime, Quattro – now this. I mean, it lends itself well insofar as spicy variants go. Samyang has done a lot of spicy flavors, so I think they’re having trouble finding new ideas? Maybe… I will say jalapeno cheese is definitely a flavor I enjoy a lot. Let’s give it a try – mukbang below.

Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Unsure whether this contains meat. Check for yourswelf. To prepare, boil noodle in 600ml water 4 1/2 minutes. Drain. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!
Well, the noodle block didn’t make it in one piece but it’s a dry variety so no harm no foul.
NOTE! There’s also a sauce sachet (not pictured).

Jalapeno bits?
Finished (click to enlarge). Added fried egg, spring onion, and sesame seed. Noodle is great — thick with great mouthfeel. I would say the smell was great at the outset – totally jalapeno cheddar! Well, the flavor was more or less spicy and a kind of thing that wasn’t of the taste it’s supposed to connote. 1.75 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 8801073115972.
