Found this one at S*Mart in Bellevue, Washington. I got two different varieties and as I recall the first was pretty good. Let’s see how this one fares.
Dujosoo Instant Buckwheat Noodles With Sesame Paste – China
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add in noodle blocks and boiling water. Cover 5~6 minutes. Drain. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, sesame seed, and scallion. Noodle has a nice tooth to it. The downside is that Sichuan pepper steals the show from the sesame paste element.
