Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add everything to the cup and add boiling water. Cover 5 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, crushed red pepper, sesame seed, scallion, and chinese sausage. Sweet potato noodle… Yeah, not my favorite here; rice noodle would have worked better IMHO. The broth is great – not overly this or that – but oily, tasty, and a nice heat level. The rice bit has crunch and mixes up the texture. 4.0 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 6972802401078.
