Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, mung bean sprout, sesame seed, shichimi, , Chinese sausage, and scallion. The noodle is definitely plentiful. They hydrate very well. Broth is a kind of beef gravy like soup. Garnish includes little beefy chunks which are pretty good. Kind of surprised I like this one as much as I do, but I do. 3.5 out of 5.0 stars.
