Found this at 99 Ranch Market along with a rather underwhelming chili crisp version I tried previously. This sounds good – let’s give it a try.

Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodle along with vegetable sachet for 3 minutes. Drain. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

A sachet of scallion oil.
A sachet of soy sauce.
A sachet of vegetables.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, scallion, sesame seed. Noodle was light – very soft. The flavor while good was so muted. I think a lot more soy sauce would have really brought out the flavor. You could barely tell soy sauce was an ingredient. The included vegetable (scallion) was very good though. 2.0 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 6972439825520.
