I saw a couple new varieties from Ramen Bae coming out and asked for samples – and here’s a couple of them. Today, I’ll toss in some beef mix and the enoki mushroom mix. Today’s an interesting day – it’s national sunglasses day, bingo day, work from home day, and the big debate. It’s about ten a.m. here and I’m really looking forward to making a pizza, having a couple of drinks, and watching 90 minutes of insanity. This will probably come out well after the election is over, so who knows. My prediction is that Biden does really quite well. Whichever side you’re on, hopefully the world isn’t completely broken when you see this. Let’s make some noodles!
Ramen Bae Dried Ramen Toppings – Beef Mix – United States

Here’s the mix – that’s a lot of beef! It may look like kibble, but it’s rad. I recommmend mixing it as the beef likes to stay on top.
I’m also going to use some enokitake mushroom in this which you can get at Ramen Bae’s website as well.
That’s a lotta fungi!
I figured we would see what this stuff would do for a regular pantry staple such as this one.
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Contains beef, to prepare, add everything to 2 cups water and boil 3 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!
The noodle block.
A sachet of soup base powder seasoning.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added Ramen Bae Beef Mix, Ramen Bae Enoki, scallion, and sesame seed. I’m sure you know Maruchan Ramen Noodle soup so I won’t bore you with that. The beef mix is great; egg is fluffy, cabbage very nice, and the beef – they’re like little pieces of ground beef and it works perfectly. Three minutes and you’ve beefed things up. What’s more, it affects the broth’s flavor which is great. The enoki is better than I expected really; I thought it would just turn to mush but it actually did quite well. For a ramen garnish, it gets a well deserved 5.0 out of 5.0 stars. UPC bar code 860009996441. Enoki bar code 860009996458.
