Another one from James of Lakeside, CA – thanks! The last one of these Siu Kay variants was seafood – and incredibly good. I’m curious about this one – let’s cook it and maybe a mukbang at the bottom.
Acecook Siu Kay 7 Level Spicy Noodles Beef – Vietnam
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Contains fish. To prepare, boil noodle 4 minutes. Drain. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!
An instant noodle block.
A sachet of soup base powder seasoning.
A sachet of liquid soup base.
Some spicy chili powder.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added scallion and Ramen Bae Beef Mix. The noodle was great – thick and chewy. The flavor was a nice beefish one; beefish since it contains fish, but it doesn’t taste like fish. The heat level was respectable. Definitely one of the best spicy beef dry varieties I’ve tried. 4.75 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 8934563131258.
