This one took a little digging, but found what it was eventually. It’s a pan mee – a flat noodle. Curious what a Chinese pan mee will be like – guess we’ll find out!

Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add in sachets and boiling water to fill line. Cover for 5 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, mung bean sprout, scallion, crushed red pepper, sesame seed, and Chinese sausage. Noodle hydrated perfectly and they’re very good. The broth?
