But alas, I don’t. When I visited MAMA in 2015 over in Thailand, I had duck a few times. Duck is great; I mean great. Anyways, let’s cook thisup and give it a try!
MAMA Instant Rice Vermicelli Duck Flavour – Thailand
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add everything to a bowl and add 360ml boiling water. Cover for 3 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!
Rice vermicelli.
A dual sachet of dry seasoning paste.
A sachet of liquid soup base.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added scallion and crushed red pepper. Vermicelli is thin and coarse – very dry. The broth gives a good respite to this as its got good oiliness and strong herbed flavors – sweet and deep in flavor. 3.75 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 052066008506.
