The second of two varieties of egg white noodles. These are much thinner – really curious if they’ll do well when made dry with some Hae Bee Hiam sambal from MAlaysia? I suppose we will find out!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added fried egg, sesame seed, crushed red pepper, and Homiah Sambal Chili Cruch. The vermicelli noodle did so well – even when I vigorously stirred and combined the chili crisp, it didn’t fall apart which what I would expect. Great gauge on this – I think I prefer it to the wider ramen style gauge. Impressed with this unique variant on the regular. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars. UPC bar code 854514006610.
