Found this at the local Grocery Outlet store – 50c. Cheap and I’m kind of poor right now so figured why not. As it turns out, this one is interesting. This is distributed by Albany Farms. Ring a bell? Albany Farms was the distributor for Panda Signature, archenemy of ravenous Maruchan fans who shop only at Walmart during the pandemic.. Well, I’ve had the chicken version of this and it was pretty abyssmal. Let’s see what the beef does.
Twisted Noodles Beef Flavor Ramen – United States
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add boiling water to fill line and cover 3 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, Ramen Bae Beef Mix, sesame seed, crushed red pepper, and scallion. Noodle wasn’t remotely done. After boiling 3 minutes longer, the noodle was done, and resembled the funky noodle one would find in a cheap microwavable frozen entree – maybe a chicken chow mein with noodles type of thing – in the meals for one lane of the frozen section. I will say the broth was about as it should be in an economy noodle (granted this may have been more expensive before it arrived at the idea graveyard called Grocery Outlet). Finally, we come to the ‘vegetable medley.’ Corn was fine, carrot was fine. After the initial 3 minutes, the peas were chalky and had a slight dry crunch. After 3 minutes of boiling, they still weren’t hydrated completely. In the cooking video below, I was thinking maybe this wasn’t so bad, not a zero star, but after writing this I couldn’t sleep tonight by giving it anything else. 0.0 out of 5.0 stars.
