A bowl of beef pho from Snapdragon. Really not looking forward to this; far and few between are Snapdragon varieties that I’ve really liked. I suppose I will atempt to ‘slurp happy’ as they recommend on the packaging. Well, let’s make an attempt.
Snapdragon Vietnamese Pho Beef Flavored Noodle Soup – United States
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free. but check for yourself. To prepare, add in dry sachet content and fill to line with boiling water. Cover 3 minutes. Add in liquid base sachet. finally, stir and enjoy!

A dual sachet of powder base and veggie mix.
A sachet of liquid soup base.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added scallion and sriracha. Noodle hydrated well. Not as soft as expected. The broth has a strong coriander bump from the oil sachet contents. As for a beef flavor, maybe a kinda-sorta. Getting a sense of a slight cinnamon and anise here, but not much. I will say insofar as an instant pho, this is among the better ones. 3.5 out of 5.0 stars. UPC bar code 815055010979.
