Wu-Mu Hua Diao Noodle Soup Chinese Cooking Wine Flavor – Taiwan
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). NOTE – James included the multipack packaging – that’s what this is. Contains alcohol. To prepare, add noodle block to 500ml boiling water and cook 2 minutes. Add in sachet contents and cook 30 additional seconds. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, sesame seed, and scallion. Noodle has an excellent tooth – just wonderful. The broth has an herbal and cooking wine flavor that really tastes good. The umami here is apt and not jumping the shark or bland – it’s just right. Little goli berries add a neat little hint of sweetness. Well done. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code
