Very rarely have I found instant pho that I’ve enjoyed. Like twice. But maybe this will be a third time. We shall see.

The noodle block.
A sachet of dry soup base.
An oil sachet.
A sachet of vegetables.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added spring onion, sesame seed, mung bean sprout, and crushed red pepper. Noodle hydrated well, but I’ve never seen this type of noodle when I gone out for pho. The broth tastes pretty good, but it really doesn’t hit like the broth when I’ve been out for pho. This is my argument with pho instants usually. It’s kind of like how you get a teriyaki flavor thing and it doesn’t taste like the place down the street, which tastes like all teriyaki joints. In conclusion, it tastes good and the noodle is good, but doesn’t give me that pho taste I want. 2.75 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 838452006925.
