A sachet of vegetables.
A sachet of vegetables.
A sachet of pork.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, scallion, sesame seed, and mung bean sprout. Noodles are great – thick, chewy ramen. The broth is a really savory shoyu tonkotsu – full of flavor. The pork, was succulent and tasty, bok choy and pickled ginger an apt pair. All in all, excellent. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars. No bar code.
