Curious to see if the tomato aspect will be overbearing or overly sweet. Time to cook.

Finished (click to enlarge). Added chashu, egg, narutomaki, mung bean sprout, shichimi, scallion, sesame seed. Noodle was great – light chew and standard gauge. The broth was with that Wonder seasoning; strong tomato flavor. It was good at first, but trended towards almost putrid. Really didn’t work.
