Especially today – it’s my son Miles’s birthday today! Wanted to do a bunch of fun stuff but can’t stand for very long – hoping its a sinus infection . Tong Wan Fu Salted Egg Yolk Noodles – China
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Unsure if it contains meat; check for yourself. To prepare, add noodle to 600ml boiling water and cook 4 minutes. Drain. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added fried egg, scallion, sesame seed. Noodle had a really great tooth – nice quantity as well. The salted egg flavor wasn’t overwhelming, and there was a nice pinch of heat present. Really impressed – more than I expected; savory and well done. 4.5 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 6951454404002.
